What we collect
We do not require accounts and do not collect personal information. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) are retained for short periods to operate the service and diagnose abuse. These are produced by Cloudflare, our hosting provider.
User reports
When you click "Report an issue," we record a single anonymous count entry tied to the affected service, with a one-hour retention. We do not record your IP address or any identifier alongside it. To prevent the same browser reporting more than once per hour per service, we set a localStorage value in your browser. You can clear that at any time through your browser settings.
Email capture
If you submit your email address through the "Notify me" form on a service page, we store that email so we can email you when the service recovers. You can request deletion at any time. We do not sell or share email lists.
Analytics and ads
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and may display advertising via Google AdSense. AdSense may set cookies to personalize ads; you can manage these preferences at Google's Ad Settings.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a service through one of these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links never affect what we show as a service's status — that is purely based on real-time monitoring.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
